Dear Diary,

I think that I am pregnant. I haven’t had my period in three months. A.A. thinks that it’s just a stress thing; her little sister is too smart to get pregnant. So that is what I am telling myself. It’s a stress thing.

I asked her to get me a pregnancy test kit just to be sure. I would have to think of how to raise money for an abortion if I am since Dad cut me off. 

I can’t be pregnant because it means one thing- I am carrying Nana Kwesi’s baby. He is the only one that I slept with without a condom, and I forgot to take the morning after pill because of all that drama with Ato.

Naa Atwsei is going to find out what we did.
